Château Du Baffy in Normandy

The Château is set in its own grounds in the delightful hamlet of Colombiers-sur-Seulles just two kilometres from the picturesque village of Creully and six kilometres from the seaside town of Courseulles. Its location provides an excellent starting point for the discovery of Normandy. Many places of interest are within easy reach, including Bayeux (14km), Arromanches (11km) and Caen (22km).

Directions from Calais Port

Take autoroute A16 following Boulogne. Pick up signs for Le Havre, followed by Pont de Normandie and then Caen. Join the Caen périphérique following Cherbourg and exit at sortie 7. Follow signs for Creully/Arromanches. Join D22 following Creully for approximately 15 km. After the village of Pierrepont turn right following Colombiers-sur-Seulles. Continue straight on at crossroads. Château du Baffy 800m on right. (Total time from Calais: approximately 5 hours 30 minutes).

Directions from Caen

Follow signs for Creully/Arromanches. Join D22 following Creully for approximately 15km. After the village of Pierrepont turn right following Colombiers-sur-Seulles. Continue straight on at crossroads. Château du Baffy 800m on right. (Total time from Caen: approximately 25 minutes ).

Directions from Le Havre Port

Follow Caen by crossing the Pont de Normandie. Join autoroute A13 towards Caen. Join the Caen peripherique following Cherbourg and exit at sortie 7. Follow signs for Creully/Arromanches. Directions from Cherbourg Port

Follow Caen. Once through Bayeux follow Caen arriving at roundabout, where the first exit is for Caen. DO NOT FOLLOW CAEN, carry straight on turning right for Sommervieu and Creully. Follow Creully and turn right towards Amblie. At next junction go straight across. Turn left for Colombiers-sur-Seulles. Château du Baffy 800m on right. (Total time from Cherbourg: 1 hour 30 minutes).
